I'm wondering how much time I will get if I revoke my probation?I was given 3 yrs on4/26/07.But due to the fact that I will be no where near paying off my 43,000 dollar restitution by then my probation officer informed me the courts would probably give me 5 more years probation.So if I revoke it now how long of a prison sentence can the judge give me and will that make it so they cant give me the additional 5 yrs?
