How long do I have to wait for an INdictment?

Pinellas County, St.Petersburg, Florida. How long do I have to wait before an indictment must be filed or the case thrown out? It is supposedly aggravated assault with a firearm.

A while. I don't know specifically but it's not like it's a month or two if you're wondering.
