how likely is it that this man will get a hefty sentence? Kidnapping, Unlawful Detention

    memphis, tn u.s.a.
    guy up on murder 1 & 2, kidnapping aggravated, especially aggravated w/$6M bail. wonder what his previous record of convictions is so i can gauge possible sentencing. took my wife away. how likely will she see him free anytime soon and where can i get his records to see if he has any felony convictions?

    defendant: theodore j bruehl shelby county jail memphis
    turning states evidence
    one witness died, the other lied

    tells her he will be out after trial OCTw/2.5 yr served
    is this reasonable? will he get off that easy? how do i find records of previous convictions?could not access news records, public info. been in shelby cty. for his whole life.

    Habe you talked to the DA or the prosecuting attorney? They should be able to answer this and tell you if he has a record.

    You can search your local courts online. Many do post case information online.

    Seems like there is no verdict or conclusion to the case. Until there is, there are numerous factors including whether the evidence is strong or weak with regard to each charge.

    Death Penalty or at minimum 20 yrs.

    if guilty on all accounts 25 to life or death.
