I was runing thru a search engine, where i can find free legal counsel, since atty fee here in manila is quite expensive,if you may please advise me?
Can we file lawsuit against an attorney, who file a case against us, base on "hear say" and his client has no concrete documents as an evidence? they are squatting at our land, and then we sell it, now they are filing a case against us...
Also, I wanted to re-claim a lot that my father donated to a municipality, my main point is that my father donated it to be a high-school, but the municipality change it into a univeristy instead, will that be a winning point..and if we sue the municipality and the directors of the school? Can they sue us back for something? what are my chance of winning.
I still have the copy of my father's donation paper,title, skethch plan in his name? Can I show it to you and hopefully study it and help me with a good advice?
