how do i stop my child support?

He has been working full/time and has been living on his own since shortly after he graduated which his tax returns would show his income plus his address which is not his mothers, plus he turned 21 in november and they are still taking child support out of my checks. how do i get them to stop and also is there any way to get back what i have paid since he has been on his own working f/t?

You go to court and file for reduction or elimination of child support due to significant change in circumstances.

In NY, child support can continue until age 22, yeah sucks.

As suggested, time to petition the court to stop confiscating your hard earned dollars.
