How do i get my title to my car if the dealership wont give me one

My dealership plate has exspired and the dealer wont give me a new one or the title and there not answering the phone when i call how can i get my title

How about driving over for a face to face and find out what's happening?

Have you paid for the car in full?
If not then you don't get the title until you do.

I agree that you should visit the dealership to work out any problems.
