Eviction Process how do i get my girlfriend out of my house she is destorying property

I need this woman out of my home. I am the owner of the home , she has become more and more violent to me ,pulling my hair while driving with my 12 year old son people on the hwy call police nothing happened , when I did get home told her to leave and she came back and tried to break in the house she took an ax to the door I opened the door to a shovel nearly hitting me in the head I slamed the door and then she kicked in the door and got in I couldn't call the police phone dead . what do I do .....

Did you file a Police complaint? Is she a resident there? Have you given her a "notice to vacate"?

So you make a police report after the fact and get a restraining order. Do this before you find a bunny boiling on the stove.
