My adopted son's biological father passed away. When I adopted him, he retained inheritance rights.
The (new) wife of the deceased biological father refuses to communicate. How can I find out if there was a Will or whether the biological father died intestate? How can I make the wife state whether or not there was a Will? I keep checking the proper jurisdiction to see if a Will has been presented for probate but nothing has been filed yet (months). Texas law applies to this case.
