how do I choose a roommate for house share and what types documents of should I use?

You might want to rethink renting out rooms. Do a search of this site and others and discover how these deals end up in turmoil, conflict, and financial distress for the person renting out rooms. The type of person renting a room often has very troubling financial and legal baggage in their past.

I suggest you avoid doing this. There is no way to protect yourself financially, or your life. You're agreeing to live with strangers, strangers who could be escaped felons, convicted child or sexual perverts, people with mental problems, and things too horrible to type. Be very careful, think long and hard, and disabuse yourself of pursuing this risky (to you) practice.
