yes gail that was the idea and now he has moved in to the house and is not willing to pay my husband becauseof a bad business deal my husband had no control over. my husband never once had control of the money it was coming form the others account which also madeseveral big purchses thru the flop. i have just finished a demand to pay letter that hopefuly he will replied to if not i have we have no other choice but to sue.
