My husband and I have lived in our house for three years. So far the homeowner's association has not been a problem. Until now. They have switched management groups. The new management group is now sending violations to everything they see that is wrong. My husband and I have a trailer, according to the terms of manuel we can have one behind our property and/or a six foot fence. It also says it has to be concealed. Well we have it behind a six foot fence, but how can you conceal something that is over six feet tall.
My question is what are our homeowner's rights? What can we do to fix the situation?
