My brother and I do not see eye to eye on the way we run a home. He moved a girl in and has company all hours. It got so bad I moved in with my son an hour and a half away. I can't get him to agree to buy me out or sale the home so I would have the funds to help me find a home. He just ignores me and says that's his house. Can I legally move back in and can I kick the girl out, stop all the traffic at all hours. I by my self took care of my dad and stepmother for three and a half years. I had to move in with them and lost my own home of fifteen years due to the urgency of being at my dads, he was unable to handle my step mom by himself. So I lost my house due to the economy. I was hoping my brother and I could live together but was fooling myself. I want and need my privacy and a home where my things can be displayed without being taken. I can't afford a lawyer but would really would appreciate some legal input as to any options if any do I have. Thanks so much.

Your remedy lies in a GA court room in the county where the home in question sits.
The remedy is a partition lawsuit.
A judge can order a forced sale of the home and a 50/50 split of any profits.
Talk to a lawyer, keep trying, some lawyers will take her or his fee out of your potential profits.
Can't hurt to seek, find, ask one or twenty lawyers, until you find the right one!!!

If you study the process, you might be able to do it yourself.
Some people choose that route.
