Home Sold at Auction--Does not Comply with CC & Rs

Our CC & Rs were changed a little over a year ago (voted upon and recorded). These CC& Rs were drafted by an attorney and state that all sales must be to owner occupied purchasers.
I have read that sales at auction or short-sale are subjec to the same restrictions and MUST follow the CC & Rs.
A unit sold at auction last week to a property liquidator, clearly not owner occupied.
What recourse do we have as an association? Can we have the sale reversed? Thank you!
