Hello,
I'm new here. I am interested in selling my murder mystery dinner party games online and plan to ship them all over the US to customers who order them from me. I plan to do this from home and it will all be web based. I do not really like the idea of setting up a sole proprietorship because the personal liability scares me. Should I incorporate under a C corp or an S corp. Is an S corp like a Corp in every way except for the way it is taxed? Also what all do I need to do to stay compliant with uncle sam? I know I need to hold meetings and record the minutes, but what else is involved? What type pf insurance should I get for my business? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
