I live in Association and they are creating countless nightmeres.
They are taking me to court tomorrow concerning some small repairs that need to be done. We are both out of work as well as our home is going through foreclosure for our 1st and 2nd mortgage. We are also delinquent on most of our utility bills and car payment and bearly surviving.
The Association is suing for things that are minor but will cost us money that we do not have. I spoke with their attorney. He stated that he would like to have a copy of proof of hardship. The other hand, there is a hearing tomorrow because I did not complete the work that needed to be done by the date they requested.
The question is, even though that the attorney asked for the paper. He requested that I do not mention anything related to the hardship nor financial situation.
Is there any suggestions or strategy that I should follow tomorrow?
He also has another hearing that I pay for legal fees for a later date.
