Question,
In laws live in FL 6 months a year. The HOA where their house is voted to use one internet, tv, phone company. Currently they use dish network for tv. They don't use internet because my father in law is legally blind. They use just cell phone for cell service. The HOA is going to attach fee's to each home owner not matter if they use the service or not. Is this legal to force someone to use a company?
