Hoa fees

MY house has gone into foreclosure and the homeowners association is no trying to take me to small claims court to get payment for unpaid hoa fees and late and legal fees can they do this even after I went into foreclousure do I have any rights what can I do?

If they have a contract with you Yes they can, the HOA and the Mortgage Company are 2 different entities both wanting their money
