I called my insurance company right after the accident to let them know I was in an accident and they told me to call back after I got his information. I asked him if he wanted to exchange insurance information he told me he didnt speak any English, and the next thing I knew he took off.
I had to call the police because even though his car had little to no damage my car was all over the road, and I needed them out to help get it off the road safely. The cop told me that if the insurance company investigated they could determine it was my fault. Should I even call them back? It was an old car, and I only had liability so I wont get anything out of calling them. Should I just act like it never happened?
