CL&P CASE

For the past 15 yrs I was accused,sentenced,and condemned from the CL&P
saying I stole 17,000 dollars of electricity in Feb. 26, 1996 in 1 yr. I
have never been arrested for these allegations. They shut my electric
off for 6 days in 1996 during the biggest snow blizzard we had in ten
yrs for no reason. I was on the court docket 41/2 yrs I had one elderly
lawyer Patrick Zailckas & Zailckas that had a massive heart attack. The
other lawyer had to resign due to a critical illness (Linda S. Tableman)
this has been going on for over 15 yrs. I am 63 yrs old they took all my
assets leaving me with no money to fall back on.
I had one judge Honorable Robert L. Holzberg from Waterbury Superior
Court is now located in Middletown, 1 court street. That saying that if
settlement is not reached jury trial is certain I have a legal document
from his statement saying that if I cannot find a lawyer to represent me
I have the right to represnt myself. I have no more money for lawyers
feeds.
When I mention to lawyers about CL&P case they all seem to shy away I
think I have the right as a U.S. citizen to be heard in the judicial
system. Where is the justice!
I am looking for a Civil Lawyer to represent me out of state. Lawyers
fees will be paid by settlement. I only have a 200amp fuse box. I live
in a small 4 room ranch and I heat with oil I have all the legal
documents. I had called Kenneth Johnson a Bristol Based Consultant of
the Hartford Current that was hired by 46 communites that was over
charged by CL&P from streetlights. The D.P.U.C. also required the states
largest utility to recalculate overcharged for municipal streetlights.
For a longer period dating 1986 so far that they know, the CL&P has no
intentions of paying this money back to anyone.
Johnson contends that based on his own analysis CL&P owes streetlight
customers two or three times the latest calculation. The new refund
calculation is close to $10 million, CL&P estimated in June that it
might owe many of its municipal customers. I have faxed Kenneth Johnson
from the Hartford Current paperwork from all my lawyers and judges and
he said everything they did to me was against the law. He said he would
put it in The Hartford Current after about a month of me calling him and
leaving messages, I knew he was ignoring me so there goes Freedom Of The
Press.
My only way to be heard was to go on World Wide Internet hoping some one
will hear me. I thought that it was against the law for the same judge
to take anyones case 3 times and through it out, saying I was denied and
shut me down for no reason and not to reopen case. Judge Gormley
Waterbury Superior Court I wrote on the court document paper what his
comment was, his comment was, said never looked at paperwork on case
this has been going on for to long and through it out for no reason. My
daughter Kim Donnarumma was there as a witness there no other people in
the court room exept Judge Gormley and CL&P lawyer Alex Rimmer and
myself Carol Russo. I know that I am not the only victim. I feel I need
protection I left copies of legal documents to a few people in case
anything happens to me that this case will be carried on.
My last bill last month Jan. 2006 was $191.00 now the CL&P sent me a
letter saying my bill was too low and said it will go up to another
$100.00 a month = $300.00. Starting Feb. 17,2006 I am on the payment
program called the New Start. I have a fixed income I am bearly making
ends meet now.I hope someone will hear me because this is a very big
case, they are trying to block me out in any way or form. This is my
court docket number in Waterbury C.T. Superior Court (Docket #
CV-98-0149109-S) I had faxed Governor Jodi Rell secretary most of the
paperwork that I put on the internet. I talked to her secretary for over
a hour she was very simpathetic and she said, do u think there is a
little corruption in the state of C.T. I said I think so.
There must be because I cant get any so called (politicians) to hear me.
They sent me back a letter from Governor Jodi Rells office and a letter
that I faxed to the U.S. Attorney General Chief Chris Morano both
stating that neither one could help me. I faxed the same paperwork to
Attorney General Blumenthal and said he cant help me. The U.S. Chief
Chris Morano faxed my paperwork to the states Attorney General of
Waterbury John Connelly the enemy thats been shutting me down for all
these yrs saying I cant help you because you are out of my jurisdiction
because of money owed. You need to get a Civil Lawyer to represent you
he said knowing there is no lawyer that I can get. I ran out of money
and like I said they all seem to shy away when I mention the CL&P.
If I robbed the bank for $23,000.00 I'd be in jail but its all right for
the CL&P to rob me and nobody will hear or help me in the judicial
system.They keep passing the buck. If this doesnt smell like a little
corruption then there is something else out there with another name that
I dont know about. Thank God that I am not in jail for being punished
for something i didnt do 13 yrs takes a toll on a 63 yr old women -
Mental Stress and More.
