Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Help

i was just arrested for simple possesion of marijuana, paraphenalia, and possesion w/ intent to disturibute a schedule II substance. is there any way i could qualify for a prayer for judgement this is my first arrest also.
