husband violated parole 2nd time they sent him to pa prision he had a hot urine both times the rehab place wonot take him because he has a heart condition so the sent him to prision for this with men serving 20 to life the indident happen in nj put we live in pa i paid the fines two days ago in nj why hasnt pa relased him yet? what can i do to get him out he not suppose to be there
