My husband and myself have bought a house a new house. we were told it would be finished the end of Oct, then it was the end of Nov, then Dec the 9th, then Jan 25th. Now we have been told it wont be ready until the end of Feb. I'm living in my parents house with my husband and two children and as you can imagine it is not and ideal situation.
If i decided to bring this matter to court would i have a case. Is a verbal agreement worth anything? please help am going mad!
