The landlord asked us for the home. My family and I've been living in the house for 13 years. The reason he gave us was that he wanted to remodel the house. There was no time set for when he wanted us to leave, because his conversation was not clear. The only thing he said that he will not accept the next month rent. Is that legal? Can he kick us out with out give us enough time to look for a home. We' have been looking to buy a house, but that takes time, what do we do if we can't find a home in the next month?
