This afternoon I go to state court ordered arbitration for a debt that I paid years ago.
I paid over 4000 for some construction material, but now the owner says that i need to pay more. We never signed contracts or anytnhing. I just ordered that material and paid for it. Now he says I didnt pay in full and has a lawyer. Does he have a leg to stand on. I didnt mark paid in full on the check but we never signed anything. He also wants 2 yrs interest. Help
