I signed a non-compete agreement when I started working with this company last year. I started working for them as an independant contractor, but they recently got an audit by the gov. and they say that I am an employee BECAUSE of the non-compete
he is pissed off, because of higher taxes now, and back taxes (which ill have to pay?)
