Parole, Probation HELP- non-reporting probation violation

I recently violated my probation (non-reporting 5 yrs) with a public intoxication. I was initially given probation for a 2nd DUI in 10/05. This time, I was released on my own recognizance, and given a court date in July. On top of that, I have since moved back east and was only in Los Angeles to pack and move permanently. Will the fact that I'm no longer in LA work in my favor? Or will the fact that is another aclohol related offence make things worse. What could the possible outcomes be? Fines, longer probation, sentence? Please advise.
