My friend was found unfit to be plaintiff in her case. Her case was won but they appealed now it is in the high court can she now be one the plaintiff herself or dose the original plaintiff still have to stand for her as she is now well.

OK. She was unfit due to depression over everything that was happening. It is the west of Ireland and it is a dispute over land.she is now better and has won the case but the other side have appealed and as it is going back to the high court can she now be the plaintiff in her own Case or has it to be the original plaintiff any information will help...
