i am a new at this forum. i am a legal alien and am married to a person who came in united states in around 1975 , he never renewed his green card ever since. the green card he has do not have any expiration date on it but it has his baby picture. he needs to renew his green card but 10 years ago he was charged with a couple of assault to a stranger.and also the court ordered him to pay some money to these people he assaulted. he never took care of it , now we have a u.s. born 2 year old together. can he be deported even though his whole family lives in u.s.a. please help!!!!!
