On Dec.13th I have a hearing for a suit against me by Chase Bank for non-payment of a credit card.
Due to my financial situation, could not make the monthly payment and unwillingly choose to ignore the payment schedule.
Can I fight this or succumb to the court ruling/ Anyone please help me. This is my first suit and not sure how to go about it
