Help Failure to Obtain PA Drivers Licence

I have a problem and I need some good advice. I am an cook and I have family in new jersey , i am a resident of PA, and I work in here,and my Corporation is sending me to diferent states for opening restaurants. i did openings in florida ,new york ,even in jersey for short periods, I was driving my Car registered in the State of PA en new jersey to see one of my relatives. but my license is from maryland . which i did not change my license from maryland to PA . I got pulled over and the police officer gave me a ticket with court apperance ,because failure to obtain a PA drivers licence and not registering my vehicle in maryland.
How should I approach this?
