Corporate Law Having issues to get my paperwork back

I'm the founder of company "A", I have somebody helping me to do the billing for the company, after a hole year working from her house I rented an office so all the paperwork for the company is centralized in one place, right now I have some paperwork and she has most of it, when I talked to her to get ready to move all the company paperwork and equipment to the new office she said " we are not moving",what can I do to get the company's paperwork?

So this paperwork and equipment belongs to your company and she will not move it? That's interesting. You can either file a small claims court action for the monetary value of the items or you can file in Superior Court (or whatever the name of your equity court is in your state) and ask for an order to return your items. Does that make sense? Good luck.
