We own a town house, unit 187, and are 4 months behind on our strata fees ($129/month). Our strata council members printed in the monthly minutes; "Moved and seconded that Li-Car Management Group be instructed to file a lien on the title of unit #187." and distributed it to all owners. Can they print this kind of personal information? Is there a privacy act this violates?
