There is a local business in the Sebastian County,AR. area that performs what would seem like a good samaritan duty. They drive drunk people home from the area bars for tips. However, the business owners have taken to yelling obscenities at my friends, have pepper sprayed people for no reason, and have threated to taz people on countless occasions. The male owner has made sexual advances towards inebriated females and even gone so far as to go into their houses. I was wondering if I have ground to file a harassment claim against them.
