Hi,
About 2 years ago, I sold beer to a minor (in sting operation) and I was charged with Misdemeanor. My attorney got deferred adjudication for me and I was fined for 250 bucks and put on un-supervised probation for 9 months. I completed it successfully and paid all my dues. As per the plea deal, my case was disposed and no charges were filed.
Now I'm planning to visit India. After that incident, I got a job and I'm currently on H1B since past 2 years. Before going to India, I'm planning to go to Canada to get my H1B stamped.
Please advice the difficulties I might face.
