In March 2008 I sigh up for a "Family package" for a new opened gym near my house for 1 year with payment $200 for month will be charged to my Amex card. Due some problem with their billing program ,as they say, they charged me $100 instead $200 during 4 summer months and last week I found out that they charged me for $600 witch is included my monthly payment $200 AND the amount $400 I wasn't charged before(by their mistake).
My question - is it legal what they doing?
What should I do in this situation?
Any advice?
