Criminal Law green card expaired in 04/2013

I got charge with a 484/488 theft/petty theft back in 1996 I did paid a fine and work program and then I got my green card in 2000 but in 2006 I got charge with pc242battery misdemeanor and I did 3 years probation my question is am I faceing deportation please any help
