Other Immigration Law Green card and shop liffting

Hi, i live in VA. Three years ago i was caught shop liffting in (deleted). They did not call the police and i paid the civil demand. Will my name be on the national retail theft data base? if yes how can i remove it from there? Does immigration check the national retail theft database?
