The selling realtor put a claim on the selling sheet- "Great Neighbors!"
Of course, this is rather subjective. However, the neighbors are anything but great. I live in a row home and the neighbors kids (10 & 13 year olds) are often outside until 2 or 3am making noise and smoking cigarettes which usually end up in my yard. I am sure they knew that they did not have great neighbors when they sold the house.
My question is...is this claim legal? Do I have any recourse?
