I recently applied for a job and was turned down because of my background check, which surprised me so I obtained a copy.It turns out I have a warrant for grand theft misdemeanor for a salary advance I obtained from a job and was subsequently fired the same day.I plan on going to court to clear this up...I have no idea what to plead and what the punishment is for a first offense...any help out there?
