My girlfriend is being taken to court, by her boyfriends mother and boyfriend wanting to get grandparental rights.
i am some how envoled because , i wrote a statement saying that i've only met her inlaws on 2 occassions and would like to be left out of thier family affairs.
for some reason, the mother inlaw of my girlfriend, claims in her statement in court ,which i was not obilgated in attending, that she had spoke to me on newmerous occassions, and that i appaently played a part by disclosing where my friends lived, which isn't true!
Why did the lawyer of the mother-inlaw allow his client to disclose such acussations about me , when i wasn't asked or even signed a complance statement for his clients?
