Grand parent rights

Grandparents don't have any inherent rights to their grandchildren.

If the family is intact (Mom and Dad still together) then you'll get nowhere.

Grandparents in the past have sought court rulings for visitation and won. However cases vary and you have not gave us any details. The grandparents should consult a local Attorney to see what(if anything) can be done

My husband and I went to court and ex daughter in law agreed to give us certain rights, so the judge approved our request based on her agreement. If she had not agreed, we don't know what would have happened. You can talk to an attorney and explain your situation and they can give you their opinion based on experience, whether it is worth pursuing or not.
