Hi, My brother (who is a USA citizen) met a girl who is an Indian citizen. She came to USA with a passport that is not under her name and there is no stamp on her passport indicating when she came here.
Her family who are USA citizens have filed for her to become a citizen however, the paperwork is in progress. When they filed her paperwork the address they wrote for her is one in India.
If she marries my brother will she be deported? Can they marry considering she is probably not legally in this country?
