If someone reports you to the IRS as a means of harassment are they breaking any laws?
If so were can I find information about what law is being broken and what the penalties would be.
No offences have been committed I am good with the IRS but someone is threatening to try to use the IRS to intimidate me. They can knock themselves out that's not a problem for me but it's just the principle of the thing. They know I am legit they are just trying to stir the pot hoping it will be a hassle for me.
