My husband was pulled over after an officer ran his plates and came back he was suspended. Which he was not. Insurance comp made a mistake when listing his truck, the charges were dropped. We want to get his DL back but nobody will give us answers. Is the police required to turn that DL over to the court normally or can they dispose of it?
