My US Citizen wife and I have been married for almost 2 years and we will be filing for my green card soon. Since we have already been married for 2 years, will my green card be the temporary one or the permanent one?

Permanent for 95% percent of people in your situation. Most people get the permanent. I have seen only a few who did not........when immigration suspects something.
