Estate has been probated with coexecutors having divided proceeds. One executor has now been
Served court order to garnish other coexecutor for childsupport . How can one executor file garnishment
Against the other when proceeds have already been spent on medical bills. This coexecutor has cancer
And has not been employed for some time. Coexecutors. Are siblings and sold. Deceased fathers home. How can this affect each sibling??

Honestly, this sounds like a complex situation and I'm not clear on the details. What do you mean "file garnishment" exactly? I don't understand the purpose of such a remedy and why it would be a resolution in probate. You'll need to make all the details very clear in order to be able to have someone even provide some insight as to what might happen or, if you're asking, how it could happen.
