Ga Patrol

Is it legal for a Ga state trooper to stop you for a license check? I think this is messed up and harrasment. Please let me know.

Why should this be illegal? There are checkpoints for alcohol and it seems reasonable. This is, of course, assuming that these are random and not designed to target a specific group which could amount to discrimination.
