Ok here is the run down.

I had just got done passing a car before merging into one lane, so i was in fact going as fast as stated, i looked over at a metal building for like 2 seconds....girlfriend says "cop" and i don't slam on brakes but i do barely hit them at all....well cop was sittining on the on ramp of this state route (inner city road not interstate) then pulls me over and asks me if i saw the speed limit signs on each side of the bridge...i responded no sir i did not see them, and he replied with, well they are in fact there one on each side...anyways got the ticket. and drove away.

My question is...
1. Do I have to go to court for 22over in georgia.
2. i'm 19 years old and only had one other speeding ticket or any kind of moving violation, and the speeding ticket was a year and 3-4 months ago, is it likely i would lose my license.
3. In general how fast over the speed limt do you have to be going before you can lose your license.
4. If i do go to court, what is this "prayer for judgment" thing i keep reading about.
5. Is 22 over still eligible for traffic school class in georgia?
