I am a parent of a public elementary school student.I have reason to believe a public school teacher may have many complaints ,(newest is may have been telling obscene stories in my son's class)and not doing her job over her years of employ at our elementary school. The pricipal has lied to me and I question her ablity to lead the school,and her superior lied to me.. I have requested to see all of their personnel records.I also requested to see my own children's at the same time.
Am I likely to and how could they stop me?
If they are not going to let me what is(are) my next step(s)

If a school employee specials needs person took notes in a meeting with a doctor and the parent of a student, can a parent see that(those)note(s) under FERPA.They have denied her request in writing with lawyer- speak.
>She is fighting for the 504 disability act form to be filled out for her student with a severe peanut allergy and the school dist. is not co-operating in any way.
