This case (supposedly) ruled that it violates student's 1st and 14th ammendments to require them to even stand for the pledge of allegiance. But, the case was in Florida, does this ruling (which went to the Florida Supreme Court) apply to other states? Does this ruling mean that students from all 50 states cannot be required to stand for the pledge of allegiance?

A ruling in a state court only applies for that state. If it was a federal court, it would apply nationally. Having said that, the Florida Supreme Court properly ruled that it is indeed unconstitutional to force anyone to stand for the pledge of allegiance.

Interestingly, in Michael A. Newdow, et al vs Rio Linda Unified School District, et al, US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the plaintiff argues that the entire Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional due to the discovery that it is used to worship government and has its origin in the Nazi stiff-arm salute of the National Socialist German Workers' Party.
